Hi Francesco. If you mean the Ickx Ferrari #17 at Kyalami ... then, yes, I downloaded them re-named them and created the AI 3do file and added him to the Kyalami driv70.ini file. Then, I uploaded that to the Forum before the shut down.

Hi, Fancesco. That is great news that you have all of the race-specific Ferrari 312B completed!
I can certainly work on getting the mip files properly named along with making 3do files and setting them up within the track driv70.ini files.
Looks like that task will have to wait until GPLR is back up and running.

Would it be a good idea for people to separate their varying discussion topics into different threads, as happens on SRMZ? This single thread is already twelve pages long......

It's Bob (Royale) Once SRMZ is back it is easy to set up a new secure forum for GPL as well on an existing server like I have if anyone wanted that option. Costs would be almost nothing.

That sounds like a good idea, Bob. Your 'existing server' would certainly be a secure new home.
Thanks for your offer.

Bob,
I am relatively recent returner to the GPL scene so I am not aware of all the characters involved in maintaining the resources that we all rely on to keep GPL active and running. I think we can take yours (and others) efforts for granted both in term of effort and costs. I would like to extend my thanks to you and will definitely be making a contribution to SRMZ.
Personally I am very happy with SRMZ as a GPL resource. Having gone through a similar change of resource with my other hobby (HiFi) I would be terrible to loose all the wealth of wisdom on SRMZ. There seems to be two active GENERAL GPL websites - SRMZ and Weekly (yes there are other active sites but related to specific race championships such as GPLRacer) - which have different raison d'etre. Personally I think it is not beneficial to proliferate sites that purport to do the same thing. A one stop shop would be the best solution.
Once again Bob thank you for your effort in maintain these resources. I look forward to SRMZ being back online soon.
Dave
